Malcolm Palmer, great grandson of the founder, is Managing Partner and responsible for directing the business. Joseph Palmer & Sons has always been managed as a family firm providing a personal service.

The present partnership is Malcolm Palmer, an affiliate of the Australian Securities Exchange and Fotine Palmer. Both partners are actively involved in the firm's operations, continuing the long-standing family commitment of over 150 years. The firm has always been client focused and offers quality service to private investors.

Malcolm Palmer is a share analyst and stockbroker, having had 10 years' experience with financial funds management institutions before joining the firm in 1993. Fotine Palmer is the firm's accountant. She previously worked with several large financial service institutions.
