You will be required to complete your Account Number, Account Name and all relevant details that are
to be amended. Please mail your completed Change of Details form to our office GPO BOX 895 SYDNEY

needs before we recommend any investment to you. You have the right not to disclose this

Investment Management: you can discuss with us a suitable strategy for your portfolio and
then instruct us to manage the portfolio on your behalf. The service encompasses the management,
administration and reporting of your portfolio, wherein, on your behalf, we shall carefully
consider asset classes such as Australian shares, international shares, Australian interest bearing
securities & deposits, property, and more.
Investment Administration: is a comprehensive service that provides up-to-date financial
statements including valuations, tax and income reports, performance reports and reconciliations.
We assess and calculate all transaction records, providing accurate information about capital gains
and losses, both realised and unrealised. Corporate actions (rights issues and the like), and
investment opportunities will be monitored and advice provided.
Your Annual Investor Report can be made available to your accountant, upon your request. This will save
considerable bookkeeping time for both you and your accountant.
